But Jesus even had to ask His own disciples -- who followed Jesus in person day after day -- "Who do you say that I am?" Some of His own disciples got the answer wrong.

We're going to be looking at the Westminster Standards. The Westminster Confession has a chapter on Jesus Christ. The Title of that Chapter is:

Interesting that of all the titles they could have chosen, they chose "Mediator."

A "mediator" is a peacemaker. He reconciles two alienated parties.

Jesus is the Prince of Peace.

He mediates between God and Man, and brings "peace on earth" toward all men of good will.

The Genuine Christian is an Obedient Christian. A real Christian obeys the commands of Christ, even if that gets him called "pacifist" or "extremist," etc.

              "Christ" = Anointed - King

The goal of this campaign is not winning an insignificant political office as much as it is creating a global transformation leading to world peace.
